Yes. Your data is encrypted client-side (AES-256) before being sent. It's hosted exclusively in France by a HDS-certified provider (health data hosting). Even our own teams cannot read your record without your explicit consent.
The basic passport is free, for life. Document import, sharing with your caregivers, FHIR export, emergency QR profile — everything is included. A Premium plan will arrive later for advanced AI features (around €5–9/month).
Yes. My Data My Care is designed to consume the Mon Espace Santé API and syncs with the DMP. You can import your existing history in one click without retyping. Ségur Wave 2 compliance is planned for late 2026.
Only if you decide so. You generate a temporary access link or QR code, with a duration you choose (1 h, 24 h, until the next appointment). Every access is logged and revocable at any time.
You export your full passport in standard FHIR R4 format in a single click, then delete your account. No lock-in, no friction. It's written in our Terms of Sale.
Yes. Family delegation lets you manage your children's data (under French rules on progressive medical majority) or a dependent loved one who has designated you as caregiver or legal guardian.
